1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Drilli (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Drilli is a dance practice tool that provides:

• Video playback tools (mirror mode, speed control, segment looping)
• Video comparison (split-screen view)
• Segment markers and move annotations
• Team collaboration features (project sharing, progress tracking)

3. Accounts

Certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payment

4.1 Free Plan

The Free plan includes basic features and up to 3 videos.

4.2 Pro Plan

The Pro plan is a monthly subscription that provides unlimited videos and all advanced features.

• Subscription fees are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings
• After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the end of the paid period

4.3 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. Charges will begin automatically after the trial period unless you cancel during the trial.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the App, including videos, markers, and annotations. You grant us a limited license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.

You represent and warrant that the content you upload does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Distribute copyrighted materials without authorization
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes beyond personal practice
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and design are the property of Drilli and its licensors, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Third-party video content you import through the App remains the property of its original rights holders.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The service will meet all of your requirements
• Any errors will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drilli shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App
• Loss of your content or data
• Actions or content of third parties

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your use of the service at any time by deleting your account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
